Eliane, a former business management & real estate law graduate, developed her passion for food and cooking at a very young age. While growing up, her life was somewhat influenced by French cuisine.

Her mother, a gourmet cook from French origin, shared her passion, taught her the tricks of the trade and the appreciation for fine food.

She attended professional culinary training in New York and Europe.

Eliane worked as catering head-chef for an exclusive catering company overseas. In October 2010, she also co-catered an official 450 - guests reception in honor of the Dutch Royal family and Government officials. The reception was held at the Governor's Palace during the official visit of Prince Willem -Alexander and Princess Maxima to the island of Curacao, Netherlands-Antilles. 

Upon her return to Europe in 2010, she acquiered additional experience by working under great chefs in various restaurants in France and the UK before settling down in the South of France.

She has not regretted her career change decision as she has flourished as a restaurant, catering-and personal chef. Her innovative ideas and passion for her profession has pleased both corporate -and private clients alike. Eliane is multilingual and a seasoned traveler who traveled around the world learning and savouring the different cuisines. She also worked as personal chef in Monaco, Cote d'Azur and on private mega-yachts in the Mediterranean. Although she is specialized in French and Mediterranean cuisine, she also offers a large selection of international dishes.
