This exclusive class will be offered from Tuesday, November 18th until December 15th, 2013 (except Monday’s)

During this fun and relaxed Christmas Cooking Class you’ll learn how to prepare a festive French Christmas menu, including some elegant hors d'oeuvres, bursting with flavor and sizzling with style.

A menu that will send your guests on a culinary journey to France without even taking the plane.

Get in the spirit of Christmas and come join us for this truly UNIQUE experience.

Your class will include a welcome drink and a selection of fine French hors d"oeuvres followed by the cooking class and a lavish 4-course dinner in our stylish Provencal dining room.

Class starts at 4.00 pm. This is an extended class of about 61/2 hours including dinner.

After cooking, we will sit down in our Provencal style dining room and enjoy the luscious 4-course Christmas menu that you have prepared. The meal is paired with carefully selected regional wine.
